DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship within the US for right now

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

  1. All of our braided wigs ship from the USA via USPS. All orders are processed in 3-4 weeks (weekends and holiday not included) and up to 8 weeks during peak season. We try our best to ship out most orders before 8 weeks. "Ready to Ship" ships out within 1 to 5 business days and delivery varies between 2-5 days within the USA. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
  2. Once your braided wigs complete the initial processing, the system generates a tracking number (please allow 2-3 days for the package tracking number to be updated as we process large number of items)
  3. Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with all tracking information. it will take 2-5 days to arrive to your address depending on the shipping method you choose. Shipping time may vary based on your location. If you don't have a tracking number after processing time please email us at lindsey@lindseyswigs.com.

I changed my mind, CAN I RETURN IT?

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Due to the nature of the product which is custom made and the time and effort put into this, there are no exchange, return or refund permitted. 1. If the wig is defective upon receipt, please contact us for the return address, returns is accepted within 3 days after the buyer receives their order 2. If it is a quality issue or we ship the wrong wig, the Customer pays the return shipping fee item will be replaced after inspection of the wig and store credit issued. 3. After receiving the returned goods, we will make a replacement depends on our available stock, if not available, a refund will be issued. 5. If the item is damaged by the buyer, we will not accept any exchange or refund. All wigs are thoroughly inspected, and pictures were taken before leaving our Warehouse in order to ensure consistency and quality.  

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges unless we sent you the wrong order or your item is defective. Item must be in its original state when received Please email us at lindseys@lindseyswigs.com with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you.

HOW DOES THE 1 YEAR GUARANTEE WORK?

Our 1-year guarantee is an assurance that our braided wigs will last for years. if you experience defects on the braids or braids being loose, we will replace the item after inspection to ensure its a quality issue and not a misused.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email at lindsey@lindseyswigs.com with your order number and reasons for canceling. A cancellation fee of $40 will be applied.  

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes are not possible after the order has been placed.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, BUT I DIDN’T GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT’S GOING ON?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. Typically you will receive an email immediately, but in some cases please allow up to 4 hours for it to arrive. If you're still unable to locate your order, please send an email to lindsey@lindseyswigs.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

WHERE’S MY PACKAGE? HOW DO I TRACK IT?

Within 4-5 weeks of ordering your item, you will receive a tracking number. You can either click on the link or copy the tracking number and visit www.usps.com. From there you can paste in the tracking number in the appropriate search box. USPS usually has the most up to date current information about your package's whereabouts.

WHY DO I HAVE TWO TRACKING NUMBERS?

Every now and then for larger orders or certain products, your item may be shipped separately in two or more packages either for safety reasons, for faster shipping or base on availability, etc. However, Stay assure that you are not double-billed. We might ship items in two or more packages at our own discretion and always for the customer benefits. It will not affect your shipping estimate in anyway unless we notify you otherwise.
